Collapse ▲Person County Beekeepers Association (PCBA) Bee School 2026
Registration for the annual beginner bee school, hosted by the Person County Beekeepers Association, begins January 1, 2026. There will be 2 Saturdays of instruction following the curriculum set forward by the North Carolina State Beekeepers Association. At the end of the second Saturday, you will have the opportunity to take the written portion of the Certified level exam. The class is taught by beekeepers. We are excited to teach kids and adults about bees and beekeeping. There is no charge for children, but we do ask that their parent sign up, and attend. Beekeeping is a great family activity, and is learned better as a family, and in a group.
