- Join us on Thursday, December 4 at 1:00 p.m. at the South Granville Public Library for our Cooking with Herbs workshop. We will discuss different herbs and spices, health benefits, food pairings, and explore new recipes. We are well aware that cooking with herbs and spices will help reduce the salt intake of our participants, helping with various chronic conditions such as heart disease, high blood pressure, etc.
