Online Forage Sample Analysis Form Information

The North Carolina Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services (NCDA&CS) Forage Testing Lab has altered its sample submission protocol.

1) There is a online submission form that must be completed prior to dropping off samples. That can be found online forage sampling form:

2) Samples can be dropped off at the lab – see directions above, mailed directly to the lab or dropped off at the office for us to get to lab.

There will a cabinet at the front door of the lab to drop samples, and there is a new electronic form which they would like to be filled out before samples are delivered. This will limit exposure of the lab and you. Due to the critical nature of their regulatory work every effort is being made to keep the virus out of the building.
