We are excited to announce that we want to start another Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) soon. We still have 2 DPP Information Sessions scheduled on May 19 and May 25 2022.

If you are interested in possibly participating in the next Diabetes Prevention Program, you will want to join this meeting. Being a part of this meeting does not commit you to anything. This program is not for anyone who has already been diagnosed with type 1 or type 2 diabetes. DPP focuses on anyone who might have pre- or borderline diabetes or who may be determined to be at-risk for diabetes (we can give you a simple risk test).

Please join us. We will give you all the details about the program at the information sessions. To register for the DPP Information Sessions, call 336-597-2204 x2277 or register online.
