Stress can have so many negative effects on a person’s health. Join us to learn how to “Stress Less, Live More” with ways to relieve stress, live a healthier life, and how to check your stress level. This workshop will take place on Tuesday, April 20th at 12:00 p.m.
There are a lot of different beverages out there available for consumption. We want to help inform consumers about the relationship between sugar-sweetened beverage consumption and increases in rates of overweight and obesity. On Tuesday, May 11th at 12:00 p.m., we will discuss how sugary drinks impact health, how to make healthy beverages at home, and how to identify sugar on a Nutrition Facts label.
