Grass Identification Resource

Seedling novel endophyte fescue plant.

Young fescue

Identifying different grass species is not always the easiest thing to do. Seed heads are a big identification piece, but they are not always present. This resource was found a couple of days ago and seems extremely helpful. Granted some sort of magnification device might be needed to look at some of the smaller plant parts, but this could be a resource that sees lots of use. The flow chart on the last two pages are especially nice. Missouri Grass Seedling ID
